Presently, proposals are being solicited for a new communications technology system which will allow military fighters to communicate with each other over the internet both safely and securely without the interception of enemies or non-intended third parties. Ideally, this new technology would also allow instant messaging, e-mail, video conferencing and much more.   In addition to just Warfighters Communication, this would open the door to secure Cloud Computing for many Governmental Agencies.  Proposals will be submitted through July 6, 2010 with their initial responses and all proposals will be accepted through November 24, 2010.
